Kendall Miles Designs fulfills orders within 48 hours of payment.

Will my parcel be insured and will I need to sign for it? 

Your parcel is insured by KMD during the time it is in transit. A signature is required for every delivery and at this point, the responsibility for the delivered goods is passed on to the consignee. 

 

I returned an item. When will I receive a refund? 

Once your return has been received and we have ensured that it complies with our returns policy, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please be aware that payments can take up to 14 working days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider. Refunds will exclude original shipping costs.
